The Rio Grande Club & Resort offers dining in the Timbers Restaurant and Big River Grille. Both boast stunning views of South Fork, the Rocky Mountains and the 18th hole of the Rio Grande Club’s award-winning golf course. Our talented culinary staff takes great pride in creating recipes that are innovative yet familiar. Our menu combines Old-World tradition and all-natural ingredients with a progressive American culinary philosophy. Our ingredients include fresh herbs, quality poultry & produce, hand-cut steaks from the finest Angus beef and scratch-made sauces, marinades, stocks and breads. Our wine list offers a carefully-selected variety of national and international selections. We feature a large selection of spirits with a considerable whiskey selection.
